About Japan

Its culture is shaped by values of respect, harmony, and discipline, seen in tea ceremonies, martial arts, kimono attire, and seasonal festivals like cherry blossom viewing. Historically, Japan evolved from its Shinto-Buddhist roots through the age of samurai and shoguns, the Edo period’s flourishing arts, and the Meiji Restoration’s modernization, to become a global leader in technology while preserving its heritage. Sightseeing highlights include Tokyo’s bustling city life, Kyoto’s serene temples, Osaka’s vibrant food culture, Nara’s sacred deer and Buddha statue, Hiroshima’s Peace Memorial, and the iconic Mount Fuji. From snowy Hokkaido to tropical Okinawa, Japan offers travelers a journey through history, culture, and natural beauty.
